Shipping Policy

Notice

  • Sumilayi is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages. 

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments.

  • We ship only on weekdays

We have a few standard reseller policies that we follow: choose the products you want and the quantities from our selection, minimum order of each product is 5 pieces. When making the order we give you estimatd shipping price. When you place the order, we calculate the shipping cost and give you the final total in the invoice via email. After receiving the payment, we send the products for you.

We will send the orders in 2-3 business days after receiving the payment. By estimate, the delivery time is 5-9 business days, depending on the destination country.

The customer must provide an accurate and correct mailing address for delivery. Please verify you enter the correct domestic address before finalizing your order. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you happen to catch that you entered the wrong address, you can email us at retailers@sumilayi.com with the correct shipping address before your order is shipped. Once shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address.


Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

If a package is returned to SukiMilayi Cosmetics Oy due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
