Sumilayi B2B Shipping and Reseller Policies

Customs Duties and Fees


Sumilayi is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees mandated by customs in the destination country. Additionally, we are unable to ship out replacement packages for international orders due to customs issues.

Returns and Exchanges
  

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments.

Shipping Days
  

We ship orders only on weekdays (Monday to Friday).

Reseller Order Process
  

We have a few standard reseller policies that we follow:
Select the products and quantities you wish to order from our selection. The minimum order quantity for each product is 5 pieces. When placing the order, we will provide you with an estimated shipping price.


After finalizing the order, we will calculate the shipping cost and provide the total amount in the invoice, which will be sent via email.

 

Products will be dispatched from our warehouse only once full payment has been received.


We will ship the order within 5 working days after receiving payment. However, during high season (August to November), the shipping time may extend to approximately 7 working days. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping Address Accuracy

 

The customer must provide an accurate and correct mailing address for delivery. Please verify the address before finalizing your order. We cannot be held responsible for goods delivered to an incorrect address.
      

If you realize the shipping address is incorrect, please email us at retailers@sumilayi.com with the correct address before your order is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

Order Tracking and Delivery
  

Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend that the receiver be available on the estimated delivery date or contact the carrier to arrange for pickup at the carrier’s facility.

Incorrect Shipping Information
  

If a package is returned to Sukimilayi Cosmetics Oy due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or if the customer was unavailable for delivery, the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and the cost of redelivery.
